Your conversation with Blu
When you send a question, its text and up to four recent conversation messages are sent to our server and an AI service to generate a reply. Your conversation remains in this page’s memory; we do not save a chat transcript or create an account for you. Clear the conversation or close or reload the page to remove that page-memory history.
We do not intentionally log message contents. AI processing and essential hosting may involve service-provider systems; this policy does not promise that those providers keep no operational records. Please do not share passwords, card or bank details, invite codes or other sensitive information. Recognised sensitive content is rejected rather than sent to the AI service.
Messages to the studio
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional app selection and message in our private database so we can read and reply to your enquiry. A notification containing these details is emailed to the studio owner. We do not send an automatic reply to you.
We retain contact submissions only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and handle any necessary follow-up. Notification delivery status is also stored. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in your message. For a question about your submission, use the contact form.
Essential security only
We use temporary rate-limit counters keyed to a hashed network address to help prevent abuse. Chat counters expire after ten minutes; contact-form counters expire after one hour. They contain counts, not message contents. The contact form also uses a short-lived signed time token and an empty honeypot field to reduce spam. Requests may also produce essential service-provider security or operational records.
This website has no user accounts, advertising, application analytics, tracking cookies or marketing trackers. We do not use browser storage for your conversation. Essential network processing is still needed to deliver the website.
